Reading the elevation codes on the inventory sheet
- RH / RHG
- — right-hand garage
- LH / LHG
- — left-hand garage
- 2CG / 3CG / 4CG
- — two, three, four car garage
- RV
- — RV garage
- GL / GR
- — garage left / garage right
- w/ suite
- — guest suite added
Elevation and finish are confirmed at permit. As the inventory sheet notes,
elevations, exterior finishes and septic information are finalized once the official
building permit has been submitted to the jurisdiction for review. Before that, treat a
plan as the intent, not the guarantee.
Selections. Cabinets, tile, countertops, appliances, paint and upgrades are chosen
on the Client Selection & Upgrade Sheet — and must
be locked in by Stage 4.
